Terms of Use for Continuing Education Programs

These terms govern the use of our professional continuing education offerings and competency development programs.

Scope and Subject Matter of the Contract

These terms of use apply to all continuing education programs, courses, and learning content offered by Veterans Inc Suite. The subject matter is the provision of digital and in-person learning materials for competency development in various industries.

The programs serve professional development and impart knowledge based on current industry standards. Successful completion requires active participation and independent study.

Rights and Obligations of Participants

Participants undertake to use the provided learning content exclusively for their personal educational purposes. Passing on, reproducing, or commercially using the materials is prohibited without written consent.

  • Regular participation in learning modules and exercises
  • Respectful interaction with other participants and instructors
  • Compliance with copyrights for all provided content
  • Reporting technical problems or ambiguities

Access Requirements

Specific prior knowledge or professional qualifications may be required for certain programs. These will be communicated transparently before registration.

Limitation of Liability

Veterans Inc Suite assumes no liability for specific professional outcomes resulting from participation in the continuing education programs. The skills imparted serve as a foundation for personal development but do not guarantee specific career opportunities or salary increases.

Liability for damages arising from the use of the learning platform or content is limited to intent and gross negligence. The accuracy and timeliness of the content are ensured to the best of our knowledge, but no guarantee is given.

Payment Terms and Right of Withdrawal

Fees for the continuing education programs are due before the start of the course. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to block access to the learning content.

Participants have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons. Learning content already used will be charged proportionately. A full refund is only possible if no access to the course content has yet occurred.

Changes to Terms and Termination

We reserve the right to change these terms of use with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated to participants by email. If a participant does not object within four weeks, the new terms are deemed accepted.

Termination of an ongoing program is possible at any time, but there is no entitlement to a refund of fees already paid for the current course section. In the event of a violation of these terms, access may be blocked without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
